Love with Gusto!

I want to give a special Father’s Day greeting to some very dear men in my life. First of all I have 3 sons that are truly amazing hands on Fathers. They not only work their day jobs but help their wives around the house and are a active part in the lives of their children. I couldn’t be more pleased and proud of them.

Sons are amazing creatures. They say that when a Son leaves home you lose him, and when a daughter leaves home you gain a Son. Not so with these great guys. They are truly a highlight in my life. They are all amazingly talented and most of all are loving and caring.

Now comes the hard part. My Father passed last fall. He was an amazing man who lead an amazing life. But most of all I remember him teaching his family honesty and integrity. I know for certain that my Father never told a lie and he would never do anything that would compromise his integrity. This is a practice that seems to be over looked now days. Dad taught us to love the great out doors, animals, and most importantly that there is a God in Heaven who loves us. Pray was a daily practice in our home.

Thank you Dad for being a amazing Father, and someone that your children looked up to.

I hope that we all take the time to give our Dads a special hug not only on special occasions but often through out the year. If we are estranged from them stop by and work out your differences even if you agree to disagree. Life is to short. Love with gusto!

All you Father’s out their enjoy your day!   It’s all LOVERLY!

Until next time, Jo XXOO
